When you click on the main Toy Quester link at the top of the screen, all the threads you haven't read yet have the little folder icon in front of them.
All those you've already read do not.
The only glitch I see in this system is that if you were the last one to post in a topic, the icon still appears. All you have to do, though, is check who the last poster was (over on the right). It's working pretty well for me, in theory. I just can't keep up with everyone, LOL.
